Fascia is the horizontal board along the roof's edge, supporting gutters and protecting the roof's edges. Soffit, on the other hand, covers the underside of the eaves (roof overhangs) and provides ventilation.
Drywall Install
Remove, disposal, and install new drywall sheets. Includes planning, material and equipment setup, area preparation, and cleanup. Plaster, sand, finish drywall joints. Painting not included
Install Wall Insulation
Includes labor and materials for installing wall insulation, covering planning, cutting, fitting, securing insulation, and ensuring proper setup, protection, and cleanup.
